One Year Anniversary!

One year ago today, I began my virtual interior design journey. It’s been quite the ride. I’ve seen major changes in the home and garden community since the beginning of this blog and I am so happy to be a part of a lot that has happened. Anyway, here are two rooms that I’ve been working on lately! Some old and new designs mixed within to celebrate this year.

I’ve done a lot of very dark rooms and very light rooms in the past, but each retain a little bit of what I stand for. With a dash of retro chic here and a sprinkle of industrial grunge there, these two elements go hand in hand. choochoo Sierot of .:: ONE GRID ::. created a new, Chesterfield couch that is to die for. I wanted to showcase it in both a light and dark room to show you what exactly you can do with it.

I wanted to do something else that really represented my designs, so I chose a color palette from a previous post. Remember a la mode bungalow? The studio’s color is revamped in this cozy, city apartment. I used many accessories from The Loft’s new Bryn Collection throughout as well as new and old gatcha items, a beautiful, modern couch by inustu., and topped off with a fabulous bar from {what next}. I’ve also incorporated items from some of my oldest posts, so keep an eye out!
